We loved spending time in Utah for a snowy Christmas. While we were sad to leave our families, we were more than happy to return home to 75 degree weather, which brought us doing this on New Year's Day:
Before we went to UT, we had our own Christmas in CA to avoid having to load all of our presents. On that day, Caden opened one present and was done. He played with it for the rest of the night.
However, after being spoiled by all his grandparents, he fully understood the concept of presents when we got home. He was thrilled to find a little pile under the tree, still waiting for him.

Oh that sweet boy! And so smart! I love that you spent New Years Day eating popsicles outside. That sounds like HEAVEN! I would settle with just seeing the sun sometime this week, but man... 75 degree weather and popsicles sound LOVELY!
ReplyDeleteSo cute! Your Mom jokingly said a couple of weeks ago that she was not looking forward to the heating bill while you were there since you guys were used to warmer weather! We will probably become the same way with moving to St. George. Warm weather sounds WAY nice!!! We miss you guys and miss cute Cade!
